The following are included in the base price:
- Standard Series Specifications (see BOYL Included Features sheet)
- 2-Car Garage on Detached plans with A Elevation
- 400 Sq. Ft. Car Pad
- Surveys (Boundary & Form)
- Foundation Design
- Post tension foundation with 12" x 24" deep beams and 2500 PSI
- Grading around the home 10 ft. out from the foundation
- Electrical Underground (up to 100 feet)
- Water Line (up to 100 feet)
- Two 2 hour consultations (if needed) with Interior Design Center staff
- Multiple 3rd Party Inspections
The following are not included in the base price:
- Elevation Premium
- Excavation, fill, compaction to create foundation pad
- Engineered soil and investigation report
- Driveway from street to car pad
- Water Well
- Septic System
- Land
- Closing Costs, title policy, final survey, and lender inspections (paid by owner)
- Interim interest (paid by buyer)
- Building permits and utility hook-up fees
- Architectural Control Committee fees
- Land clearing and tree removal
- Demolition of existing structures
