We as senior citizens who were down sizing found this builder to be very flexible as we took their basic home plan and modified it to fit our needs. We found Michele to be very helpful in guiding us to the floor plan which afforded us the best opportunities to incorporate the many external and internal upgrades that we wanted. Their Houston design center also had two ladies who knew and were able to project how various interior design options would enhance interior appearance.
