In an effort to help families affected by the Central Texas Wildfires, Grand View Builders is expanding to build in the Bastrop, Texas area! With close to 2,000 homes burned in September, massive reconstruction efforts are now underway to restore the region plagued with destruction. We’re Texas-owned and operated and aim to support families in our State who want a quality home, even if that means reaching out of our typical operating area to help families in need.

We’re excited to offer affected Bastrop County families the chance for a new beginning through our affordable ‘Build On Your Lot’ program. The unique program is designed to assist anyone looking to create their dream home, on their own land; floorplans range from 1,400 to 4,700 square feet and homes can be built in less than 120 days. Personal attention from the Grand View Builders team makes it possible for residents of Bastrop County and the surrounding areas to rebuild, from their ground up.

The ‘Build On Your Lot’ program puts families into a new home in as little as 90 days, which helps to alleviate a lot of the stress that comes with purchasing a new home and moving.”

The ‘Build On Your Lot’ platform centers on a simple four-step process, streamlining building efforts, and saving the homebuyer both time and money. Each potential buyer starts the process by choosing one of the vast floor plans offered by Grand View Builders. Buyers may also bring their own, or work with a staff member to start from scratch. Next, plans are closely reviewed and pricing options are outlined with an expert. Then, a site visit is scheduled and final plan specifications are drawn up at the our Design Center. After all design components are in place, we’ll then work with the buyer to wrap-up all efforts related to closing, so they can enjoy living in their new home.

• The Liberty Series offers a solution for e value engineered floorplans designed for the first and second time home buyers looking for a home to fit their needs.
