At Grand View Builders, we’re running into 2012 with some exciting home building plans ahead! But, before we step forward, let’s take a quick look at the year in review.

We were just in the news for reporting great growth in 2011! Our year-over-year growth was 125 homes throughout Houston, Dallas, and Austin. Some of this growth was attributed to our Build on Your Lot program, that allows you to build a custom home on your own lot of land, and the announcement of our Build for Bastrop program, which would enable Texans affected by the Bastrop wildfires to rebuild within 90 days.

In 2012 we’re growing by two new communities (stay tuned for details!). Grand View Builder’s newest neighborhood, Foster Glen, in Conroe, TX, features up to nine unique floor plans, each boasting Whirlpool appliances, Delta fixtures, and Wilsonart countertops, and with prices starting at $90,000. All Grand View Builder homes include a three-hour design center appointment with a professional designer, and one-on-one meetings with the Grand View home-building team to give homebuyers the chance to be involved with the process from start to finish.

See the full announcement here!

Lastly, we’re offering home specials on our Move in Ready homes before the end of the year! Contact our office at (281)741-8946 to schedule a visit and ask about our special pricing. You could start a new year in a new Grand View Builders home! As they say, our house is your house!
